Great Location, Easy check in and check out and perfect place for friends or small family vacation.

Pros: Great location, walkable from the ferry terminal. Very easy check in and check out process. Safe and secured property with reception and doorman always guiding the residence and visitors. Great sea and pool view from the balcony. Cons: The ferry sounds and horns can disturb early morning, if you are not morning person may not like it. The mall is nearby but opens only at 10 am. Therefore, limited breakfast choices. You can buy the breakfast items and coffee from the convenience store inside property. The bed is comfortable, but I suspect may have bedbugs as I had bite sensations and mark

My family and I enjoy the stay in this property.

Pros: Convenient location just beside Batam Center and opposite Grand Batam Mall. Also nice see view. Cons: There's ants around the TV console area.
