3 days in Valence, a beautiful city, hotel "standard"
Pros: The big advantage of the hotel is its location, close to the center! Next comes the staff, friendly, smiling, helpful... Even the cleaning ladies are smiling and greet you! It's very pleasant! The rest is just "normal" for a 4*, or below what one could expect.
Cons: Mainly, the room was too small for a 4*. But well... Since we spent most of the time visiting, it's not a big deal! Regarding the comfort of the beds, I am mixed. I didn't find them very comfortable, below expectations for a 4*, but my partner found them very comfortable. Before booking, we read many comments about the carpet

Pros: The location of the hotel was great! Very comfortable beds, cleaning service was fine, staff very friendly!
