The rooms are lovely with amazing views of the Griffith Observatory. Tanveer & Andy are so helpful and went out of their way to accommodate me. I booked a few more nights and they upgraded my room. The hotel is just minutes away from the Hollywood Walk of Fame and from the Griffith Park hiking trails and observatory! The parking is free which is awesome. They have a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge in each room. Excellent value for a good price. I highly recommend.

Cons: Be careful with this hotel if you book online. They tell you there is a problem with your reservation, then charge you for a room—claiming you will be refunded and telling you not to worry—but they never issue the refund. This is fraud.

The room size mentioned was missing.

Pros: Location was good Cons: Breakfast was hopeless. Rooms were extremely small.

Pros: Comfortable, clean Cons: Staff at the front desk is rude when I checked in. I was exhausted after driving for 6 hours, I only had 2 simple questions and he is very rude to respond and talking too much like angry, irritable, and assuming response. You need to learn good customer service.
