Horrible experience

1: A faulty shower head (no water pressure), which we had to replace ourselves as no maintenance available. 2: a stuck roller shutter at the top, not working. 3: French doors not locking, great for security as the balconies are connected to the neighbors... 4: mattresses need to be changed, very soft, terrible for the back. Regarding the roller shutter, the manager came to see and couldn't do anything. When we returned from an evening out, around 9:30 pm, we were surprised to see that the shutter had been lowered, so we assume that people entered the room in our absence to work on it... It's v

Hotel with friendly staff

Hotel with friendly staff. Spacious room with balcony. Very complete breakfast with local products. The smoothies are excellent. Only downside is that the swim spa is not working, so only water acting as a pool, not very appealing since we don't know if the water is well filtered and the outdoor shower is also not working. Otherwise, for a 2-star hotel, it's quite decent. Possibility of on-site dining as well.

The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for us — we were visiting Andorra and also wanted to explore parts of the French Pyrenees. The only inconvenience was that the rooms didn’t have air conditioning. However, the outside temperature was pleasant enough to enjoy a nice breeze in the room.
