Pros: It was comfortable and close to where I attending a funeral service, which was a great help. Cons: Nothing not to like.

Good location and easy to access property and room.

Pros: Good location, close to centre of Sudbury. Cons: Our room was above the main road which was quite nosy even on Sunday morning. Also sadly the cafe was closing early when we arrive so we couldn’t eat there. Didn’t open on Sundays so we ate breakfast in Sudbury.

Pros: Hardly anything. We chose this hotel because we were visiting friends who live in Gt Waldingfield, We arrived to find little parking and parked in the small courtyard. No one was around so we had to ring bell to get in to hotel, managed to get key and find our room. I had explained when booking my husband uses a walking stick, we were informed rooms were on first floor and a small step into shower. The hotel is quaint, old fashioned, with uneven floors, narrow passage ways. Unfortunately our room was quite a way up staircase and right by the busy road. The worst aspect was a low large be
