An exceptional establishment.
The professionalism and availability of the staff, and their openness to all needs, for example, being able to leave luggage safely after check out and the car in their secure parking. And above all, the establishment is so well maintained and absolutely spotless.
Fabulous rooms & great location.
Pros: Everything about our stay here was amazing. We were given a free upgrade, the room was spacious, clean & extremely comfortable. The bathroom again was spacious, great shower & hairdryer provided. This room has a small private balcony area, which leads into the main rooftop terrace with seating & sunshade. There is a small kitchen which can be used by all. Secure parking is provided. A 15/20 minute walk to Herculaneum & 10mins to bars/restaurants. Ercolano train station is less than 10 min walk away. The staff are extremely helpful & good communication via WhatsApp before arrival. Cons: T
