This review is long overdue. I visited Palazzo Ripetta with my grown-up children in January 2025, coincidentally for my birthday. And it was a very good idea! We had the warmest welcome by Saskia, who I understand is now at a sister property. In fact, the team was truly remarkable, we had special touches in the room every night and the morning of my birthday the hostess at the restaurant welcomed me by name and a warm salutation and cake. Special details, special people, impeccably restored building in a top location. What else can one ask for? Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

Our stay at Palazzo Ripetta was exceptional, and Francesco made it unforgettable from the moment we arrived. He gave us one of the warmest, most genuine welcomes we’ve ever received at any hotel—especially impressive considering how much we travel.
