Amazing hotel and lovely staff … also the location of the hotel is amazing

Pros: Luxury, clean and the location Cons: A-bit expensive

Not quite the level of accommodation we are anticipating given the cost.

Pros: The location was good being close to the Piazza Del Popolo. Access was by an old but operational 19th century passenger lift. The room was clean. Cons: We were adjacent a common courtyard and we could hear talking and laughter into the late hours of the night.

Pros: L'emplacement est idéal, proche des commerces, lieux historiques et au cœur de la ville. Bonne taille de la chambre Cons: La salle de bain n'a pas d'écoulement de la douche et l'eau rentre dans la chambre. La communication est inexistante, à l'arrivée nous avons reçu les clés et la carte de la ville avec les lieux à visiter mais pas d'informations concernant le petit déjeuner ou d'autres services proposés par l'hotel. Le comble de la déception arrive juste avant de partir quand la voiture censée nous amener à l'aeroport à une heure precise n'est pas arrivée une demi-heure plus tard. de

Pros: L’emplacement, l’accueil de l’équipe, leur serviabilité ! Rome est une ville incroyable et cet hôtel a embellît notre séjour. Cons: Rien à dire 😊

This is my second, and probably not last time, staying at this hotel. As a solo female traveler, I felt very save - not just in the hotel itself but in the vicinity of the hotel too. Fabulous area for restaurants and shopping! Highly recommend!!
