Great boutique hotel experience

We had the best stay at Pali Hotel Westwood. I own an interior design business and I loved the design and all of the pretty details. The delicious breakfast was one of our favorite parts. There is no elevator, which is a consideration if that would be a problem. Staff is there to help with bags as needed, or pack light. Front desk staff member, Dave, was one of the kindest and most genuinely helpful people I’ve encountered in all of my travels. We are hoping to visit again soon!

Loved it!

Such a cute hotel. It’s a little oasis in the bustle of Hollywood. Would absolutely stay here again. Great bar and oool. Only complaint is there was no housekeeping.

Avoid, bad value for money

Really bad start to our trip, when booking i selected pay at property to pay in local currency (cash), maybe if this was not allowed this should be clearly highlighted as we were stuck with the exact cash to pay for our stay and unable to do so. Then the charge was taken on my card for the stay but “not taken on their end” so I was left with the money taken from my account and still unable to check in. This was of course extremely frustrating for us as we were waiting. Staff were very careless and quite rude about the situation in my opinion, I understand that they could not do much but this h

Nice room but over priced for what you get.

Pros: The room was cosy and nicely decorated. Cons: The pool wasn’t clean and the staff wasn’t super compliant. Beds were tiny and didn’t fit two fully grown people. Your balcony is shared with another room who has a window out to you balcony. The pricing for the parking was way higher than it says here in booking.
