Pros: Lovely & helpful staff! Very pretty, comfortable & clean room. Cons: Location - amidst some of the main “bad” areas of San Francisco. If you’re happy to uber to & from hotel then it’s great, otherwise wouldn’t recommend if wanting to walk around in a nice area close to hotel
Pros: Great location! Cons: Beds were a bit uncomfortable, but the rooms were so nice!
Great location and value for money
Pros: Property was modern, clean, central, staff were lovely and we got a complimentary upgrade. Cons: It is quite load.
Good overall stay. Great location.
Pros: Great location, friendly staff and rooms have a lovely aesthetic. Cons: AC or something in the ceiling kept making buzzing noises through my stay.
