Le service voiturier s'est avéré particulièrement pratique et appréciable. Poor service for the price, and lots of issues
Pros: The location was great, the rooms were beautiful and relatively spacious (for hotels in the old city) and had plugs on both sides of the bed. Cons: We had 4 issues during our 2 night stay, and none of them were resolved to our satisfaction. 1) we checked-in late (after 9pm) after a long drive to get there, and when we arrived to our room the air conditioning was off. I couldn't turn it on (it kept turning off after 3 seconds). The next day front desk looked into it and said it was because a window was open, but we hadn't touched the windows when we arrived, & the AC was clearly off for a
