Very pleasant stay
Pros: I was at The Weeknd concert in Frankfurt and the apartments are in a very central location at the DFB-Campus and therefore very close to the Deutsche Bank Park. Tram stops right outside the door. The reception was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. The room was equipped with air conditioning, very good blackout curtains, and a balcony, which was very pleasant in these temperatures. The room upon arrival was very lovingly prepared with the air conditioning already switched on, gummy bears as a welcome gift, and a huge bottle of mineral water. No proper check-in
Cons: I have been a guest at Paragon Apartments Frankfurt several times and have never received a code for the key box. The reception is only staffed until 5:00 pm, after that you can spend a very long time on the phone with the staff to finally get the room key.
