Pros: Clean and functional room, welcoming and pleasant staff. Cons: €80 per night for non-existent calm: poorly closing door, constant slamming, shouting, running in the corridors, and children crying. The establishment also accommodates social housing, which was not clearly indicated at the time of my reservation. Unsettling atmosphere and far from what I expect from a 3-star hotel.

Pros: I enjoyed my stay, it's GREAT. The hostess at the reception was very pleasant and professional. The room is very clean and well-equipped. The bathroom too. Moreover, there is a bus stop right next to it, which is very convenient when you don't have a vehicle. Cons: There was indeed some noise from the neighbors, but at night it was quiet. This is not a negative comment about the establishment, it's more about people needing to learn to respect the rules of neighborliness.
