Everything we needed, and we couldn’t have asked for a better location close after pay arena

Needs a good deep clean

Pros: The location was fantastic and the view from room was beautiful. Instructions for the apartment were clear and easy to follow. Cons: The cleaning was less then ideal, the shower was not clean at all and any cutlery or utensils used from kitchen had to be washed first. The sofa was uncomfortable to sleep on or sit on and the carpet had lots of stains. Even the cleaning items left at the property looked like they needed replacing. Was very disappointing especially when in the instructions we were asked to leave the property clean and tidy as it only gets a basic clean.

Pros: Close to the Quay centre and transport Cons: Sofa bed collapses so cant use it very old towels and sheets not many cooking utensils couldn't work the t.v .Did washing but the clothes were still wet hours later .Oven didnt work..Out of date long life milk .No conditioner only shampoo and bodaywash .No dishwashing tablets for the dishwasher .The unit could do with a good clean .
