Our stay at The Patterson Inn made our 39th anniversary celebration a special memory!!
Pros: Captain Chris, the innkeeper, was quite entertaining! The 12 Spirits lounge was lots of fun!! And Kayleigh, our breakfast chef was amazing!! We will definitely return. Cons: We have stayed at quite a few hotels that were not impressive. This property was truly delightful.

Perfect stay in Denver
Beautiful historic mansion bed and breakfast. We were there three nights and throughly enjoyed our stay. Chris the owner was delightful and witty. Breakfast each morning was excellent with a choice of a sweet or savory meal. The 12 Spirits bar is located in the carriage house and was a cosy refuge with excellent drinks. We elected one evening to have food delivered and chill with good cocktails in the bar. Rooms in the Inn were large and spacious. Location in Capital Hill was perfect. We recently stayed at the Patterson Inn and loved it. The historic charm is evident everywhere, and the room was clean as a whistle. Breakfast was a highlight — a great spread of both savory and sweet options, plus genuinely good coffee. A huge highlight was owner Chris, whose storytelling made the whole experience feel personal. Hearing the history of the inn and the neighborhood from someone so clearly passionate about it added a layer you just don't get at a chain hotel. Bonus: there's a bar next door with award-winning cocktails, perfect for an evening nightcap without having to go far.
