Excellent location to explore the bustling Sandton area
Pros: Excellent location in front of Nelson Mandela Square. Just cross the street to access the Shopping. Good rooms and comfortable bed. Amazing area for shopping and good restaurants Cons: My room had 2 double beds and the double beds are quite small. The room does not have a minibar but I did not miss it since I went in winter.

Pros: Location and facilities Cons: Room insulation is terrible. Our family could not sleep as you could hear people walking and talking while passing your room door. No soundproofing on the room doors. People in and out all night. Terrible

The room was comfortable and staff were generally friendly during our stay. Cons: We paid an additional fee for a late checkout until 5:00 pm due to our late international flight. Despite having the 'Do Not Disturb' sign displayed, housekeeping knocked and then entered our room while my family and I were asleep. This defeated the purpose of paying for a late checkout.
