Horrible stay. Not good at all
Pros: Not much! Stayed there several times before and this was terrible. It’s under construction and everything is impacted negatively. Cons: Shocking. 2/10. No plugs / powerpoints next to the bed. The air conditioner did not work and room was impossibly warm. Technicians eventually came at 10:00PM and couldn’t fix it. Room was old and needed upgrading. Tiniest soap in the bathroom not replaced. Pillows were soft and not full. Shower door did not close properly. Restaurant closed, bar closed and reception closed for renovation. Breakfast had to be at a different venue. Really poor.

Pros: The location was convenient, and I appreciated the opportunity to spend my wedding night at the property. Cons: I requested a wake-up call but never received one, nearly causing me to miss my flight. The elevator was also not working, forcing me to use the stairs, which led me into a construction area where staff shouted at me instead of assisting. This was extremely disappointing, especially on my wedding night.
