Pros: We stayed one night at the guesthouse. It's only about a 1/2 hour tram ride to the Ernst Happel Stadium, but it takes longer to get back. The guesthouse is newly renovated, everything is spotlessly clean, breakfast is perfect (even filter coffee😁). 10/10 points👏👏👏 Cons: -

Pros: Located on the outskirts of Vienna, but with good access to the city center by car or public transport. In front of the property is the last tram stop, which goes directly to the center. Parking is free for guests. It is also possible to park in the Ottakring parking garage (for €4.80 per day) and make a direct transfer to the metro, which is 25 meters away from the parking garage. The rooms are a bit older but well-maintained and clean. The bed is comfortable. The self-service breakfast is fresh and tasty. The staff is very friendly, relaxed, and accommodating.
