Staff were lovely and check-in/check-out was smooth

Staff were lovely and check-in/check-out was smooth. My partner first noticed an effluent near the elevators then we noticed it in our bathroom after afew hours.. the room was relatively clean, the bsthroom smell and the mini-fridge & aircon really let it down for us, There was a strong effluent smell from our rooms bathroom... thankfully the rangehood kept the smell in the bathroom at least, i covered drian pipe and helped abit.. The air conditioner didn’t work, and the mini-fridge barely kept food cool, often leaking water — which made storing any food safely nearly impossible. Breakfa
