Disappointed experience

Pros: Nothing at all Cons: I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The shower had extremely weak water pressure, the faucet was broken, and the toilet seat was also broken. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, made noises whenever I moved, and was not properly secured. On top of all that, the room was not clean at all. Overall, the condition of the room was unacceptable, and the hotel seriously needs to improve its maintenance and cleanliness. I would not recommend this hotel.

Small space with a great view.

Pros: I was there for the funeral of my husband. Loved the view room 503. Bed was comfortable. Loved posted quiet times. Cleaning staff was respectful of my privacy and even hung "do not disturb" on my door. Cons: Pillows were not comfortable. Smell of smoke coming from neighbor into the bathroom.
