Pros: The location was good. Cons: We booked a room with Piazza de Spagna Comfort Rooms, with the address of 900 in Via del Babuino. We received information the day before. Upon arriving we went to 900 in Via del Babuino, the door pin code worked but then we noticed the photos did not match. Then we noticed a company name of Tritone, who are they? I booked through Piazza de Spagna Comfort Rooms. We texted asking info on where this was located and received nothing, we waited. We then googled the address of the picture of Tritone. Pros: ubicación Cons: no tiene ascensor y tuvimos que subir las valijas 4 pisos

Great for a one time stay, would not return.

Pros: Great location, close to Trevi Fountain & Spanish Steps & easy to jump on hop on/hop off bus. Thankful to have an elevator as we were on the top floor. Cons: Dirty A/C could not keep up Very small Showers did not warm up, only reached tepid temperatures and then shifted to cold The rain shower head leaks when not in use, you have cold water falling on your head. Pictures online did not depict reality. Cleaners came in before check out time and removed our luggage from the rooms.
