Relaxing visit Piersland Hotel
Pros: Excellent breakfast with really good choices. Nice dining room. Friendly and homely Cons: One evening we had our meal in the small bar area. The table was so close to the bar that when people were standing ordering drinks & chatting they were exceptionally close to our table not great if you are trying to enjoy your meal.
Beautiful stay and a lovely Arran Ferry stopover
Pros: The hotel is beautiful. The staff were helpful and courteous. The dining experience great. Our only concern was the tiny bathroom in our room. It was very cramped. I understand that it is structural concern but it was very snug as was the bedroom. However we would readily recommend the hotel and would return. Lovely elegant hotel
Pros: The Breakfast was lovely the staff were great and it was a nice experience Cons: Just on a personal note we were in a lovely attic room with sloping ceilings and my husband is 6ft 3ins !

Stunning hotel
Pros: Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was lovely. Had dinner in the hotel on our first night and it was delicious! All staff were very nice. Had a lovely couple of nights here. Cons: The lights in the bedroom were really dim. I'm at an age now where I need a decent light!! The pillows had seen better days but I'm sure we could have had different ones if we had asked.
