Pros: Location Cons: Street parking
Pros: The courtesy and attention of the renter, the cleanliness and beauty of the apartment, and the great location Cons: It was all great
Fabulous place to stay close to city centre and botanical gardens.
Great apartment in an historic house close to Denver city centre.
Pros: Most everything Cons: Air conditioning was too cold
Angela is an awesome host. The space is large -- though not much natural light; location is great.
Pros: Very large apt , well appointed. Host was outstanding and quickly responded to inquires and issues. Cons: One caveat for would be guests. As you enter the apt the bedroom is on your immediate left, you go down a flight of stairs for the LR, Kitchen and bath. There are very narrow steps between the bedroom and the stairway and between the bathroom and the LR. Anyone with mobility issues would probably be more comfortable in a one level apt.
October here averages 9°C, with around 30 mm of rain across the month.
