If you don't mind it smelling of paint as your trying to fall asleep it's great but could do with them letting you know before the visit as it made me feel ill

Experience was terrible at the restaurant within the hotel - when we arrived, we said we had booked a table for 7pm for 7 people. The waitress had made a mistake when booking in, and the chef was so rude to her in front of us which was super unprofessional. He then stomped off and we were left to the table. Ordering drinks at the bar took 20 minutes! The waitress was making drinks one at a time which meant it’s so slow. Last time at a Prem Inn

I've spent some money in PI's in the past. I liked their attitude, the beds are always comfortable, there's a level of OK about them. Arriving at the hotel, it was disheartening to see i was next to a demolition site, literally just piles of brick and rubble. This time, I was charged £15 to check in at 2pm instead of 3, even though the room was ready. It was the same room, they didn't have to do anything to warranty the additional cost, it's just greed. This new approach is a bad colour on the company. AFTER I was charged the fee and given my key, I was then told the heating was broken so
