It was a cost effective stay with clean room and nice staff.
Pros: I mainly liked the staff, cleanliness of the room, facilities were maintained, and I liked that the location was close to the freeway. Cons: I did notice there were some sketchy people staying in one of the rooms, but they did not bother me. Another thing I did not like was the wood put by the window to keep people from breaking in. It made me think the area was not safe. Afterwards, I did hear from a friend that the city of Concord can be dangerous.
I need compensation for the way we were treated.
Pros: Nothing. Cons: We arrive at the hotel and check in. Upon going to the room we notice it has a really bad odor, the sheet have multiple stains, the lights by the bed do not work, the outlets are not functional, and the fridge is not working. Our stay was for 2 nights so we decided we needed to stay elsewhere because this was not what we expected. I call the front desk (Deanna Gonzalez) and ask what the process is in starting a refund because we cannot stay there. Rudely, she says call booking.com because that’s who we booked through. We got on the phone with booking.com then she calls our
