Cons: The receptionist was not friendly at all, in the room, the shower hose was leaking everywhere, asked for soap, but did not receive any.

I will not return to a first-class hotel anymore.
Pros: Very outdated room. The door closed with difficulty and there was a significant gap at the bottom of the door when closed. Strong smell of drain. The breakfast was really disappointing considering the price. We had to ask for orange juice, sugar... The staff was not very sociable. Cons: Condition of the room, insecurity due to the state of the door, disappointment with the breakfast offered.
