Exceptional
The treatment of the hotel staff and how comfortable their facilities are. They kept an e-book we forgot and kindly returned it to me. The pool and the outdoor area are delightful with plenty of shade.

Comfortable and pleasant stay in a very well-located hotel.
Pros: Very well-located hotel and very accessible, friendly and attentive staff. Comfortable and well-maintained facilities, where you can have a pleasant stay. Cons: Separate beds and the pool area was extremely crowded. Too small for such a large hotel. It was overcrowded, no space to enjoy it.

Overall good.
Pros: The location is perfect. You can easily reach the supermarket and restaurants and cafes. Cons: The air conditioning wasn't working on our first night in the room but they fixed it immediately. Also didn't like the swimming pool in the afternoon - too many drunk guys and smokers (not good for us having a baby).

Very good
Pros: Great spa. Excellent location. Very nice rooms, also outdoor pool. Cons: The restaurant... all precooked, pizzas, sandwiches... it's a shame being in the Valencian Community...
