Terrible customer service. I expected more from a Pullman hotel.
Pros: One bed was broken and as we got back late and only staying one night we communicated via email while checking out. It took weeks for a response and currently still ongoing. Cons: Broken bed meant everyone in the family room (5 of us) had the worst night sleep!
Top hotel!
Pros: De suite superieur kamer op het 10de verdiep is ongelooflijk mooi, gezellig en was romantisch aangekleed ter ere van mijn vrouw haar verjaardag. Dit met ballonnenwedstrijd rozenblaadjes en champagne op de kamer. Het hotel bied hier verschillende formules voor aan. Alles kan vlot gecommuniceerd worden per mail en op voorhand betaald. 1 woord = top ervaring Cons: Het ontbijt had ik voor die prijs, meer van verwacht. Enkel boterkoeken vooral en enkele sneedjes brood.... geen pistolets en qua beleg van charcuterie was er niets. Dat vond ik spijtig, De temperatuur van het zwembad mocht i

Excepcional a estadia nesse hotel. Certamente voltaria a me hospedar nele.
Pros: Quarto super confortável, com boas opções de travesseiros, roupa de cama impecável. Banheiro espaçoso e com bons amenities. Café da manhã superou as nossas expectativas. Cons: Apenas a localização, um pouco distante dos principais pontos turísticos, mas o metrô fica bem próximo ao hotel.

Pros: La décoration, c’est un magnifique hôtel l’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel, la piscine Cons: Commande un petit déjeuner en chambre qui a mis presque une heure à arriver.. dommage c’est le seul point négatif du week-end
