Truly mediocre & unhelpful staff
Pros: Near the highway Cons: Whole property smelled of stale cigarettes. I reported the fresh smell of someone smoking in a nearby room, which was causing our room & bathroom especially to smell really terrible, and front desk said not to worry about it as long as it wasn’t us. I am pregnant and booked a non smoking hotel for that reason, so to be dismissed like that was really frustrating. We had to leave for several hours until the smell was gone. Bathtub started to drain very slowly on day 5 of our stay, leaving water around our ankles while we showered.
