Room noise

Pros: The staff were brilliant. Helpful, kind, friendly throughout Cons: We were told that our booked room was unavailable due to essential maintenance so had been 'upgraded' to the Hope Air suite. This suite was incredibly noisy with both street noise and a continuous engine-type sound, which was much louder near to the bed than the bathroom. This meant we slept very badly.

Top location at the lake.

Pros: Great location at the lake. Nice swimming pool. Good service. Cons: Rather outdated room and hotel interior.
