If I have to compare, SAS RC from other 5 star hotels I’ve stayed with, this is so far the worst 5 star hotel. Not worth
Pros: The location is very convenient cozeverything is accessible.
Cons: Not all the staff are friendly. The room has a very Odd smell when we entered after check-in so opened the windows. The bathroom wasn’t really clean and the tissue box is empty, we were 3 guests and the bathroom amenities were only for 2 guests. We were greeted at the restaurant by a very rude lady, and we were placed at a table where the space is a bit narrow and we were constantly being watched by the waiter/waitress so it wasn’t so relaxing to eat breakfast.

Cons: اعمال الصيانه (تم الاعلان عنها من قبل الفندق ) ولكن كانت مزعجه للاطفال

The concierge service deserves a special mention: efficient, knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful with every request. Everything was handled smoothly and with great attention to detail.
