This hotel is misrepresented by booking.com. I paid top price for a suite with a balcony but there

Pros: Staff were excellent. Airport shuttle excellent. Cons: I specifically booked a room with a BALCONY. This hotel had no balconies nor opening windows.. My room was overheated and it took two hours for aircon to lower the temperature. Very uncomfortable.

Idéal en cas d'arrivée tardive ou départ matinal

Pros: Très bel hôtel, très confortable, tout prés de l'aéroport avec une navette gratuite chaque 30 mn. Les chambres sont grandes ainsi que les salles de bains. le personnel était au petits soins. Diner Tardif offert. Cons: Rien à part les moustiques malgré la présence d'un anti-moustique dans la chambre, l'hôtel est entouré de cours d'eau et de jardins.

Pros: Чисто. Технологично. Просторные номера и нормальные завтраки. Cons: Персонал на заселении. С меня хотели получить в 2 раза больше той цены, которую я зафиксировала на booking . Я забронировала номер на 2 суток за 952 юаня. А мне администратор пытался его продать за 2200юаней. Он утверждал, что на букинге цена за 1 сутки и без налога. Я 30 минут его убеждала в обратном. В итоге он мне сказал: отмените бронирование и забронируйте снова через другую площадку. Я потребовала вызвать его руководителя. В итоге мне принесли распечатку моего бронирования на черновике бледными чернилами. Там стоял
