Nice and comfortable
Pros: The apartment was clean and tidy. There were plenty of utensils for use. There was AC so it was good. Lots of cupboards for storage. There are youtube videos for operating appliances. Cons: The cups were little dirty (like they had black scratches inside). The building was little old. Though there is lift but it is too cramped and you have to take few steps to reach the lift.

Pros: Everything about the apartment, felt like we were at home. Everything was pre arranged for our effortless check in. Whenever we come to vienna again we will definitely stay with Rafael Kaiser. Cons: Nothing to mention.
