Pros: The room size was ok compared to Other NYC hotels we have stayed before. Bed was large and comfortable. Restroom was also spacious. Cons: The front desk staff ( 2 male) always looked like they do not want to talk. Breakfast options were Very limited. Even though the washroom was clean, Room floor was very dirty.
Good and relaxing stay bit room is too small for such a big price

Pros: They were helpful and provided solutions and kept the place clean. Cons: On the day we checked in there was problems between Agoda and their payment settlement system. We had to cancel and rebook with Booking.com to be able to checkin.
