Pros: The most disgusting place I have ever stayed at a true roach motel roaches in the bathroom the room reeked of cigarette smoke the tv remote didn’t work the toilet leaked the fridge had a block of ice melting into the bottom I booked it after a flight cancellation in Newark I didn’t have much time to read the reviews I don’t recommend this at all Cons: Neighbourhood was sketchy Roaches in the room Overwhelmed by the cigarette smell Shabby lobby looked like there was a homeless shelter

Pros: Good staffing Cons: I traveled three hours to arrive in NJ at the Ramada. I was in NJ for a family member's 50th birthday celebration. When it was time for me to get dressed, I discovered there wasn't any hot water. I had to actually take a shower with really cold water. I spoke the front desk and was informed that the water heater was broken and would be repaired the following Monday. I received this information on Saturday. On Sunday, I had to endure another cold shower before I checked out to get on the road. This is totally unacceptable. I feel I should be compensated in some shap
