Avoid at all costs
Small, outdated rooms, very poor guest service/ experience with staff. Personal item left behind in the room, after check out staff can’t seem to find anything. Magic. Really wouldn’t recommend, even as a budget hotel.
Great service
It is a budget hotel but the staff are very friendly specifically Alex. He was provided a great service to me. And the check in and check out procedures is fast.
Reception staff is hospitable to the guest. Hotel local is great, making it easy to reach the tourist spot.

Pleasant Stay
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Sandy and Dicky were especially helpful and friendly, making the experience even better. I would happily stay here again.

My third qualifying stay at Ramada Hong Kong Grand and, once again, Wyndham stay points were NOT credited. Support failure: - Called Wyndham Rewards Diamond support on Nov 22, 2025 (14m 21s) → no fix. - Called again on Nov 29, 2025 (47m 33s) → still no fix. - My Wyndham account has no tool to submit missing stay points for this property, and Wyndham.com offers no working path to report it. Late checkout chaos: As a Wyndham Diamond member, I receive **late checkout until 2:00 PM**. Instead, hotel staff and housekeeping pushed us out: - **11:00 AM knock** telling us to leave immediately. - **1
