Awful and unsanitary

Pros: The property was close to lots of bus stops and a subway station. Cons: There was hairs int he bathroom, all the fixtures were falling off of the walls, we only had 2 pillows and there was 2 of us staying in the room, the mattress was rock solid so we could not sleep and there was a big hole in the ceiling. Although the hotel offers luggage storage it’s dotted in the lobby and anyone can access it there was no luggage tag system either so our luggage was exposed to everyone. The shower head was also falling if the wall and the taps weren’t working as well. I also paid almost £400 for one

very good. we had to book last minute because of other complications and they were very facilitating. coffee in the morning was good and room was nice

Pros: Muy limpio y ordenado, a poca distancia de la estacion del metro, excelente atencion Cons: Nada

Pros: Las habitaciones son limpias y cómodas, muy cerca del JFK. A 10 min en auto o si van en air traín, y no es un horario tarde, pueden ir caminando hasta al hotel. Está a 4 cuadras de la estación. Cons: Supuestamente es libre d humo. Pero en todos los pasillos del hotel olor a humo d cigarrillo, menos en la habitación, sino me iba enseguida. Por otro lado, algunos recepcionistas, muy mala onda. Si no les gusta lo que hacen deberían buscar otro trabajo. Le dan mala imagen al hotel.

Está cerca de la estación del metro y del aeropuerto a pocos minutos.
