Stayed here before because of location, staff, comfortable beds and excellent breakfast.
Pros: Location is perfect for access to Ginza line and Tokyo station. Comfortable beds. Good toiletries. Great staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. We have stayed here before. Cons: Very small room and the massage chair takes up too much of the space.

Pros: Only stayed for one night but really good hotel, very nice staff excellent location near Ginza Cons: Limited hotel room space but that's expected for hotel rooms around Japan
Pros: The beds were comfortable! Cons: Some staff were unfriendly, breakfast was poor, and I would have rather gone out to get my own.

The hotel and rooms are clean and tidy. The staff is very nice and helpful. (Thank you for the staff members again!) We stayed there only for one night after our flight to Tokyo and it was pleasant and comfortable. Note for the ones not from japan- that the rooms are quite small but we didn’t mind it, but if you’re a large person it can be a bit snug.
Perfect location, helpful staff
Pros: Location was superb. 10 steps from Kyobashi metro station, Ginza line. Everything was so convenient Cons: There could be a little more desk space. Rooms are generally small in Tokyo bu there was also a massage chair in the rooms, that was a little unnecessary
