Pros: The trumpet tree Cons: It wasn’t ready on time

Pros: The neighborhood is nice with many cafe's and restaurants nearby. The ADU is attached to the garages, behind the main apartment building in the back, so it is protected from road noise. The alley in the back is well let at night, and the door code is convenient. Cons: The main issue is the strong musty mildewy smell that permeates the entire space. Pros: Terrific location, well equipped cottage Cons: Cottage was very cold in November.

Pros: Conveniently located, good parking, well stocked, responsive owner Cons: There were a couple of issues with the heating and the entry lock, but the owner was very responsive and accomodating.
