Great rooms, nice staff but sometimes they are tired but that’s normal.
Pros: Rooms are great. Comfortable. Good design. Cons: Lobby too loud with music and stressful.

Pros: I liked the renovations. Cons: I didn’t like nor did I appreciate not receiving my $100 deposit back to my account.

The hotel is very good, and we will definitely stay here again on future trips to Mexico
I really appreciated the staff and the personalized approach to each guest. I also enjoyed the food—the breakfasts and dinners were excellent! The room was clean and comfortable, and the towels were replaced daily.

My wife and I were truly pleased and will be returning
I have not had a chance to try the breakfast but my stay there was nothing short of perfection. This was the perfect way to see the city
