Pros: Front office staff is helpful, enthusiastic, collegial, and knowledgeable. Facilities support is timely, capable and follows up. Cons: Housekeeping is inconsistent, frequently unprepared/under-supplied, several are not able to communicate in English. TOTALLY INDIFFERENT WHEN CLEANING UPSTAIRS AS TO HOW MUCH THEY DISTURB DOWNSTAIRS GUESTS... IT'S APPALLING!!!!!
