Staff would not send additional coffee packets when requested. Would say they would take care of it but the coffee never

Exhausting but fun.

Pros: We liked the proximity to the parks. Cleaning staff was also super nice. Cons: Upon arrival our room was not ready. Once in the room all of the knives were on a lower level drawer that is very dangerous for a family with toddlers. We also asked for the fire pit to be turned on and they said staff was sent to go do it and they never came.

Good for Disney and a base. Pool was nice enough for kids

Pros: Great location Cons: Breakfast was weak - but if it was good everyone would just steal lots to take to Disney

The best part was the fact that breakfast was included with our stay and the pool was amazing

Pros: I loved the fact that the property was literally walking distance to the Disney resort Cons: Honestly everything was great except that the room wasn’t entirely clean. There was still crumbs on the chairs and the bathroom had hair on the floor, sink and bath
