Dirty hotel toilet

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a nice size and the bed was comfortable. Cons: I booked the Studio with Terrace and City View room. At first sight, the room looked great, but unfortunately the toilet was filthy. There was dried urine all over the toilet seat, and unflushed toilet paper in the toilet. We contacted reception and they offered us a new room - Superior Studio with city view in addition to 2 drink vouchers at Moxy bar and a chocolate. The reception staff tried to be as helpful as possible but unfortunately, seeing the bathroom in that condition really ruine

Overall. Nice and central hotel

Pros: 24/7 coffee including cold water Great location Friendly staff Cons: They do not clean the room every day, which really surprised us Reasonable breakfast but without variety and many times there was no place to sit
