When we checked in we had several questions regarding how to get transportation, how to book a tour, etc. The person at the front desk didn't really seem concerned about our questions. She only stated that there was no concierge in the hotel?

They charge a premium for stay but not even water bottles provided? A bottle of water only during check-in? Pathetic!!
