Residence Inn Kansas City Overland Park

Anyone staying at this Residence Inn will be met with the best staff and clean rooms.

Pros: Our stay was excellent and our request to check in early was accommodated by the staff. If I had to find anything picky, it would be our TVs were not hooked up before we arrived and the second night, a basketball hit our window because our room was adjacent to the court and a group was playing basketball until 10pm. Cons: Make sure everything is working ok including how to use the coffee maker. But, upon calling the front desk, they came immediately to fix the TVs and showed how to use the coffee maker. Breakfast was good but to ordinary for buffet items.

Very nice stay, just traveling thru. Worked perfectly for what we needed

Pros: Very nice, kids loved the pool and we did as well. Cons: Nothing negative :)

Very nice place to stay, large enough rooms, with a small kitchenet.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. We asked if we could reserve a room to have a reception for our son wedding on Saturday. Since we were from out of town. If we needed anything Ms. Sharon was very helpful and helped us out. Breakfast was very good and had a lot of different options to choose from. Staff was very friendly. Cons: Since we were from out of town, I asked if it was possible if we could have our room closed together instead in 3 difference places. They tried to get rooms close to each other, but it did not work.

Breakfast wasn’t what it used to be

Pros: Location Cons: Broken elevator They put us on the third floor.

Great place!
