Toilet is not so clean
-the receptionists don't speak English -the toilet sink was clogged and I informed the reception but because of the language barrier he couldn't understand - the shower cabinet has black patches of mold -there is no room service (without extra charge)

Be careful they don't give you your deposit back, I'm still fighting for it after they said they sent me the deposit back....it's been around 3 months since our stay there
