Cons: Beg bugs!! Found a bed bug and had bites while staying here. Hotel staff collected the bug but claimed that there were no bed bugs found. On my first night, someone walked in on me while undressed. Hotel had assigned another guest to the room I was in. Between the infestation, the double-booking, and a management team that denied the evidence in front of them, I can't recommend this hotel. Stay away.
Great stay, clean great room
Pros: Clean, comfortable bed. New furniture. Cons: Everything
Very nice hotel in a good location for plays and concerts and red
Pros: Nicely designed and excellent staff Room was great; the only thing I’d change is to have a walk in shower because I hate shower curtains in hotels Cons: No walk in shower
Design et confort
Pros: Le design Rétro Futuriste La couleur monochrome La literie L’emplacement Cons: Le Lobby un peu étrange L’accueil un peu froid
Great location for TIFF, comfortable rooms, good service.
