Amazing hotel in the perfect location in downtown Toronto.

Pros: Amazing spacious and well designed rooms. Very friendly staff. Cons: No access to the restaurant with the dog, even if pets are allowed in the hotel (Bar was closed). While booking no fees for pets were mentioned but then a rather high prize was mentioned while checking in. There is definitely space to improve concerning the handling with pet companions (that are well trained and behaving).

Très bon séjour , je reviendrai certainement et je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Pros: Hôtel très bien situé, chambre spacieuse et calme, petit déjeuner très agréable. Cons: Il serait souhaitable que le ménage soit effectué tous les jours et ne soit pas réclamé par le client. Le manager a fait un geste commercial et je le remercie.

A wonderful modern hotel close to all you’d want to do while in Toronto

Pros: Wonderful location that was walking distance from so many different things to so and our event. Parking was close and it was very clean and modern. Cons: There wasn’t anything no to like!
