Pros: The location is definitely next to the park, if you don't have a car it's the best option Cons: There was no air conditioning, the heat was tough, it only has heating

Great location and cool hotel, right on the street with a great view of the lake.
Pros: Great location and cool vibe, good breakfast and restaurant for dinner. We had a great time with you. Cons: The room could hardly be ventilated and the heat accumulated extremely in the room. Then on top of that, the street was very loud when the small window was open. Maybe it was just too hot this summer for these rooms. We will come back and test it when it's not so hot 😉
