Pros: The views and free water and coffee! Cons: The toilet smelled a bit like urine and they didn't make the bed, just stretched the sheets

Unforgettable stay

Team at the reception and restaurant very welcoming, available, helpful. Location very close to the Asakusa temple, a neighborhood blending tradition and modernity.

Nice hotel

Pros: Location, and if you have a room with a great view even better. Complimentary snacks and drinks between a certain time in the afternoon (not sure anymore 4 to 5 or 5 to 6) Cons: The hotel is so big that you have the feeling more to be a number than a customer even the staff is polite.
