Toller Aufenthalt mit guter Erholung.
Das Frühstück war gut und wir hatten eine gute Auswahl. Die Lage des hotel zur Innnestadt ist prima. Wir hatten ein ruhiges und sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit einem sehr großen Balkon mit Blick auf die Ruhr. Sehr schön. Es gibt im Garten noch einen kleine "Kiosk" wo man noch entspannt im Garten sitzten, keine Kleinigkeit essen oder nur was triniken kann. Zur Entspannung noch eine Partie Minigolf und es ist für mich perfekt.
Alles Gut, war aber schon besser.
Pros: Das Hotel hat eine top Lage und viele Annehmlichkeiten, weshalb wir uns nicht das erste und das letzte mal hierfür entschieden haben. Cons: Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielseitig und bietet Auswahl, diesmal kam das Personal aufgrund einer höheren Auslastung nicht ganz nach. Der Stresslevel war deutlich zu spüren.

Restaurant ja, Hotel nein....
Pros: Der Kellner im Restaurant mit dem Klee am Revers war der einzige Lichtblick sowie die Temperatur des Pools. Cons: Empfang ohne Willkommensgruß und offenbar ohne Berufsmotivation und -Erfahrung. Zimmer mit Flussblick ist eine Täuschung...stattdessen Blick auf Garagen und Bäume. Flußblick nur im Winter...Aufpreis lohnt nicht!!! Zudem ist die Zeit stehen geblieben im Businesshotel.

Pros: L’établissement est bien placé Cons: Le déjeuner et nul pour ce genre d’établissement. A 8 heures 30 il n’y a plus de croissants idem pour le jus d’orange même pas pressé frais. C’est nul
